Lovely setting and really nice people to deal with. We stayed
in no.3 which is the smallest cottage. Cosy, warm and a great base to
explore North Wales, Snowdonia or just to kick back and relax.

We had an wonderful stay in the farmhouse. It was lovely be able to have all the family together for the easter weekend.
The farmhouse is amazing. A beautiful place with stunning views.
Pauline and Alun, the owners, were very welcoming and helpful. My family is looking forward to hopefully being able to return next year.

We stayed here the weekend of 17-19th March, and we couldn't recommend it more. Alun & Pauline went above and beyond to make it special (decorating the farmhouse for a birthday). The place itself is beautiful, well presented and warm! There is so much to do in the area we are already planning a longer trip - thanks again

An awesome place to stay. We booked all the properties for a weekend to allow for family and friends coming to our wedding. The owners were very helpful. They even took in our big food and drink
delivery and put it away. Our room had little special touches for us as we were getting married and cakes were left in each property. A lovely place to stay .

Thank you so much for a lovely stay. The 11 of us had a wonderful time. The cottage was perfect, the rooms were comfortable and we loved the nice big dining table and kitchen. The location was great
- we enjoyed several walks in the nearby area - and in easy distance of Snowdon. Thanks again for a great stay - we'll be back soon!

This cottage and were its situated is out of this world it's got amazing views beautiful walks and the owner Pauline is so helpful, we were welcomed by a lovely basket of Danish pastries which we
enjoyed with a cuppa :)
The bedrooms were outstanding and everywhere was spotless, it has a huge TV and because my mum who's 82 couldn't use the stairs Pauline provided us with a comode which was a big help.
We would recommend these holiday cottages to everyone.
I would advise you to Take the food you would need for your stay as a supermarket is 10 miles away although there is a local village shop 4 miles away for essentials and its quite reasonable, Please
don't let that put you off as its well worth the journey you won't want to go home :)

Beautiful accommodation in an wonderful location. Easily handled our team of 13 with room to spare. Worst part of our trip was having to leave. thanks again from the entire team to our hosts pauline

We had a marvellous family weekend at Hendre Aled farmhouse. Comfortable and warm accommodation with plenty of room and a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Looking forward to visiting again.

Well, what can we say? Hendre Aled cottages and farmhouse really must be the best cottages we have stayed in, in over twenty years of self-catering holidays! The converted farm buildings and glorious
farmhouse are beautifully and sensitively refurbished. The accommodation is warm, comfortable and stylishly modern, without detracting from the fabulous traditional setting and get-away-from-it-all
atmosphere. Not too far away from the cities, towns and villages of North Wales to be a problem for all our large party to gather together, and yet so delightfully remote, in such outstanding
countryside, that we felt utterly refreshed and invigorated from our stay!

We were welcomed with brilliant hospitality - nothing was too much trouble for Alun and Pauline Lloyd, who helped us create room for joining up together and celebrating a family birthday in great
style, and we still had ample space and solitude for everyone to relax, walk, rest and simply enjoy our wonderful holiday - thank you!!

We stayed on cottage 2 for 1 week between 24th - 31st August 2012. We had a fantastic time, with lots to see & do. We were given an amazingly warm welcome & nothing was too much trouble for
our hosts. I would book here again without a moments hesitation.

this IS one of the most enjoyable places in Wales to stay, We run 4x4 trips from here, and cannot fault the service and accommodation and the hosts are absolutely fantastic ,Try Hendre Aled its

It was my 50th birthday weekend and had a great time. Excellent facilities, well equipped cottages and plenty of room for our large group to move around and relax. We enjoyed a few walks straight
from the cottage as well and it was good not to have to get in the car once all weekend.

With 22 we are quite a demanding team!. The hendrealed cottage offered us the intimacy, space and comfort. Set in the beautifull welsh country side excellent to get away from the hectic.

We stayed at Hendre Aled cottages in February 2012. They are set in lovely countryside and wonderful for walking or just to get away from it all.It had only just been refurbished ,everything is new,
stylish, modern and works. The bedrooms are a good size and very comfortable.The kitchens are all well equipped. (we were self catering and did bring all our food) and cleanliness was excellent
throughout. The whole place was warm and comfortable. The owners were great - welcoming, friendly and quickly on hand to chat and offer help and advice. We would love to go back
